This ministry has the privilege of helping people get connected with their life mission through voluntary service. We have two areas in which we do this:
Transitional Team
The Transitional Team serves by helping new members transition into the church by finding a small group and voluntary opportunity that is right for them. You work with others within the church, as well as the pastoral team. This opportunity takes only about one or two hours per week.
Volunteer Follow-Up
The Volunteer Follow-Up Team works at the church or at home to assist those trying to connect in a volunteer position. It involves calling people who have requested to serve (no cold calling), posting information in the database, reading reports and looking for potential volunteers who are not being adequately processed or currently serving.
Training is provided for these positions. Help us as we help God’s people find the right place to serve.
